All major credit cards are accepted at VMS IT Consulting, including Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.
Q: Do you offer free estimates?
Free estimates are limited to phone and email support. Onsite support requires a one hour minimum charge, as per our pricing policy. Click here to see our pricing policy.
Q: Do you accept check payment?
Checks are accepted as long as they are secured by a credit card. Your credit card will be billed for the amount due plus a $30.00 fee, if the check does not clear. See our credit policy.
Q: Do I get charged if I cancel my service call or fail to show up on time?
Same day or emergency service requests cancelled less than two hours in advance will be billed for the first hour. This applies to both home and business requests. If you fail to show up for an appointment (we will wait 20 minutes), you will be billed for the first hour.
Q: Do you offer technical support service contracts?
Service contracts are available to both business and home users. Please contact us or submit a request for more information.
