VMS IT Consulting is a computer repair and consulting company that offers on-site and remote computer support to small businesses and home users. The company is owned and operated by Vladimir Spencer, a certified IT project manager. Vladimir worked as an academic computer consultant at Saint Louis University in Missouri until 1996 when he moved to New York. Here, Vladimir began working in the banking industry, lending his support and skill to back-office departments. He eventually moved on to developing and supporting software applications for processing accounting and other financial transactions, including money market, foreign exchange and bill payment processing.
